Delete your EU Driving Theory account

Delete immediately in the app

1. Open the Settings tab (“我的” in the Chinese interface).
2. Under Account, open Account Center.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Request deletion without the app

Email hello@eudrivingtheory.com from the address registered to your account with the subject “EU Driving Theory account deletion request”. We will verify ownership and complete the request within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your email address, password, VIP and the packages you unlocked with codes, the records of your in-app purchases, and your failed code attempts are permanently deleted. Access unlocked with a code ends, and the code cannot be redeemed again; it stays marked as used but is no longer linked to you. Expiring backups at our database provider may keep deleted data for up to 30 days.

What is not affected

Payments stay with your Apple ID. If you later sign in to a new account, “Restore purchases” adds back any VIP bought with that Apple ID that has not run out. Study progress is stored only on your device; remove it with “Clear study data” in the app or by uninstalling the app.
